• Hullo. How y'all been? I know. After ten hundred years again. I was too busy tryna meet all the school shitz as any good student would. Or maybe not. Seriously, last week was one of the most hectic weeks I've ever had in my whole life. It was...horrible. There were so many requiremnts needed but there was so little time. Ugh...I'm just glad it's over. Well almost. There's still the final exams. But that shall pass by so quickly that I won't even notice it!
• Weekend was awesome! Two of my really good friends T (a college friend) and R( highschool friend) celebrated their birthday. T had her celebration last Saturday and R had hers yesterday. So yup two consecutive nights of well uh...fun sleep deprivation! Mark...I know you're still not over the whole blow-the-candle incident of mine. Bet you dreamed about that that night!
  
• I seriously need to do something with my hair! I've been so lazy to go to the salon to get it trimmed. I was supposed to have it trimmed two months ago but I kept on postponing it coz of laziness. And now it looks weird. It's super long (as in waist long), the ends are dry and my fringe is awkwardly long as well. It's so hard to manage. The weather's not helping either. Ugh!
• It wasn't until last Saturday when I realized something...I want a car. I want a freakin' car. Right now I'm not even askin' for a flashy one. I'd be pretty contented with a Mazda 3 1.6L or a pink Honda Jazz. I hate commuting when it's raining or when it's too hot. Geez. If I can't have a car then at least lemme my driver back! *sigh*
• I was bloghopping and saw this at Frances' blog...and because I'd do anything for a free handbag. Please click. I want a free handbag. Haha!

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH VICTORIA BECKHAM??? Apparently she spent £3,300 to have these heel-less latex boots made especially for her. And I don't understand why. Someone please explain to me why would anyone pay that amount of money for a pair of hideous heel-less boots?????

• And I'm finally getting the hang of LISP. Although I still have loooooooooooong way to go. But hey...at least I know some of the basics!

Can't Wait

I know, I know. I blog every ten years. But if you go to Uni you'd perfectly understand why sometimes a blogger can't update as frequently as she wishes. *sigh* UNI HAS BEEN RIDICULOUSLY DEMANDING! *sigh* It's so freakin' unbelievable! We have like a bazillion of requirements and projects and it's not funneh yenoe. For example, in Programming Languages we have this group project wherein we have to download the latest version of a particular programming language (in our group's case we need to have the latest version of LISP), study its major data structures and constructs and eventually develop sample programs in it. We also need to include a documentation which will include the comprehensive history of the programming language, discussion of the major constructs of the language and the languages strengths and weaknesses. Oh and did I mention that the sample programs will also have to be defended individually? So yeah. PL pa lang yun. I've got Retorika, Speech, ComProg and a few more subjects to worry about. Oh wellz...a few more weeks...just a few more weeks and then it's sembreak. I cannot wait!

I have a new layout! It's pink...what a surprise...or not!

The Debate
I think that my group and even the other group did pretty well for first timers! My team lost though. But we all got line of nines so I am super thankful! Coz you know how I said in my previous entry that I still need to make my speech for the debate? Never happened! I slept at like 3 am or so but didn't get anything done! So the speech the I did during the debate was pretty much impromptu! Yey for cramming and crammers!


ComProg
We had ComProg yesterday. And the thing that I've been dreading the most happened to me. Okay so I was in the mood to make programs yesterday and so there I was concentrating hardcore on solving the given problem and I was actually thisclose on solving it I just had a few bugs to fix and then when Sir Bertz was about to check our programs...BAM! My PC restarted...and in our computer labs whenever you restart the PC or shut it down all files that have been created will be automatically deleted. EFFIN' HELL. Stupid, stupid PC. Now I have to do everything all over again next meeting...or not.


KTS 11: Greenvasion
Basically KTS (which stands for Kantahan, Tugtugan, Sayawan) is an annual celebration and showcase of Lasallian talents organized by the Council of Student Organizations. My mates and I never really planned to go but since we'll be excused in our classes we decided to watch it. And I'm really glad that it turned out fun since I paid PhP30! Haha! Anyway, There were heaps of performances from different dance groups and bands and there were also solo acts.

La Salle Filipiniana Dance Company! They were the bomb! Their performance almost gave everyone a heart attack! Ayun...Kita niyo yung paso? Sobrang taas nyan! Sabay nagatatakbo yung babae sa stage! Grabe! Idol ko na sila!

And of course the main act of the night... the Youtube superstars...Moymoy Palaboy! Okay for those of you who haven't heard of them...they're two guys (Moymoy and Roadfill) who became famous through their videos in Youtube. You can watch them here. And uh you can also watch them in Bubble Gang every Friday night! Okaaaayy...so yup They basically rocked the DLSU-D crowd! Including me! Haha! Funny, funny guys! I filmed almost their whole performance di ko na nakunan yung last part since nalowbat na yung cam ko! Ayun if you want to... you can watch their performance here...OMG minessage pa ko ni Roadfill! Haha! La lang bat ba?! Share lang kakatuwa eh! Sayang I didn't get to have a photo with them.

Haha! I loved their version of Chris Brown's With You! Wahahaha! Kala ko seryoso sabay humirit ng hey little papa! Wahahaha!

Anypoo, today was very interesting. I learned a lot of stuff upon researching about waste segregation which is our topic for our upcoming debate for Retorika class on Friday (Death penalty got cancelled. Our professor wanted a topic concerning stuff in the campus so yup "Should waste segregation be implemented in campus?" is now our topic!) . And so from now on I will always make sure to put the right trash to the right bin in uni. Well not just in uni but at home as well. I promise. You guys should start segregating your trash too! It won't just benefit you and I but the whole world! Yes naman! Vote Alex for president! Hahaha!

Abort Abortion

We had film viewing for our ReEd class today. We watched two films: Silent Scream and Eclipse Of Reason. Both were about abortion. And oh my freakin’ gawd. After watching both films my feelings towards abortion's now a lot stronger. I mean I have always been against it but now that I have more knowledge about it I now have a deeper reason why I should be against it! It’s not just because it’s a form of killing but because you are killing an innocent, defenseless creature which is so wrong! Plus it’s a disgusting, horrifying and a brutal process! Especially the late abortion process! Gawd the images of the torn apart body parts of the babies that were shown will forever be in my mind! And I can’t believe the people (abortionists) that do the process! I mean…how can they do it? It's so damn traumatic! So yup... abort abortion! Because abortion is...wrong. Especially if the reason why you’re going to abort your baby is because you never wanted it at all. Coz you got pregnant by having unprotected sex! That’s why condoms and other contraceptives were invented people! So have protected sex…or better yet don’t have sex at all!

Anyway, I have something new coming up in the next few days! Haha! And I'm really excited about this. ;)

I've been away for a while now..You got me sleeping like a child now...
NGEH CORNY KO. Okay so I have indeed been away for a while but I haven't been sleeping like a child. I actually have not even had the chance to actually sleep. I had midterm exams last week so I never got the chance to update or live like a normal human being for that matter. So yup...exams. They always leave me feeling all stressed and pressured! ComProg was thisclose on driving me nuts. Thankfully though...I had a wonderful weekend! Saturday was hectic but had fun at Ging's 18th! Sunday was Mom's birthday!

So the reason why I haven't got the chance to update is because it's already finals! Which means that I have a gazillion of requirements in like every subject. And one of my requirements is the debate for Retorika class. I don't even know what I was thinking when I let them have me as a captain! Coz I'm definitely not a captain material but whatever. Anyway we chose the topic death penalty. My team picked the affirmative side. Wadapak were we thinking? I was brought up by my parents as a good Christian hence I personally do not agree on death penalty or any other kinds of taking a person's life! So yeah. Although I have listed a few good points why death penalty should be tolerated I still do not agree! I just don't...It's inhumane! I mean have you seen Saddam Hussein's execution video?! *sigh* It would be weird to stand up for something I totally oppose to. Oh the things I'd do to pass!
