Singapura 2009!
The time has come for me to blog about the Singapore-Malaysia trip! So this trip is basically the reason why I didn't have a party for my 18th birthday. Yeah...I chose this over the traditional debut party because those parties are not my thing. I love traveling. Experiencing a different culture, meeting people, seeing breathtaking views...Aaahhh. I love it! It gives me this high. It's awesommeeeeeee!
So without further ado here are my favourite parts of our trip......
(Click on the photos to enlarge)
Singapore is LOOVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEE. It’s now one of my favourite countries! It’s one of the cleanest and most beautiful places I have ever been. It’s so urban. Very chic. I love it. Seriously, it’s so bitin that we were only there for three days!
Photo #1: View from our first hotel room.
Photo #2: Outside the hotel. Like my pink luggage? Haha!
Photo #3: Lunch at Mustafa. The second hotel we stayed in is near Little India kasi. Random! Haha!
Photo #4: Sa lobby ng first hotel.
Their MRT system amuses and confuses the heck out of me at the same time. It’s different from ours. I don’t know how to explain it because even after taking the MRT there for four times I still don’t get how it works. It's all modernized! Cool but confusing! Haha!
We went to the Night Safari. I like animals so this was pretty exciting and fun for me. I was like a kid again! It was kind of hard to see the animals at night though I was like “Where the heck is that tarsier?”. My favourite parts would be the tiger and leopard and lion and all the other big cats coz big cats are waaaaaaay cool; I wish I could have one as a pet. I love the flying squirrel as well. How cute are those things??? So adorable. They were a bit shy and very endearing. I refused to leave until I see them glide from one tree to another! Haha! And the otters were cute as well. They swam in groups and they were squealing. It’s a shame that the fishing cat didn’t feel like fishing at that time. It would’ve been cool to see it fishing.
Photo #1: Entrance.
Photo #2: I know right. Fail ang picture na to. Hahaha!
Photo #3: Me favourite photo of zeh trip! One of the tribal show performers. Taray ng abs ni kuya! Pede makipagsabayan ke Marc Nelson! He was super sweaty though! Haha!
Photo #4: Fishing Cat Trail.
Photo #5: Z'Bar! A resto/bar thingy. They had cool zebra chairs!
Photo #6: Mom and sister checking out the map.
I also loved walking around the city. Well... it was tiring. Really tiring. I don’t think I’ve done so much walking in my entire life. It felt as though all the walking around my university’s campus was training for this trip! But anyway, it was worth it!
Photo #1: Liniiiis grabeeee.
Photo #2: Taking a rest at a bus stop.
Photo #3: Me being a tourist.
Photo #4: Camwhoring in Singapura.

Photo #1: Hindu temple thingy.
Photo #2: MANOL-ISM.
Photo #3: Wala lang...
Photo #4: Looking lost! Sis and I.
Photo #5: Si kuyang naka blue na may pink na heart sa taas ng ulo...cute yan. Pramis!
Photo #6: GUESS WHO I SAW AT THE BUS STATION. I totally freaked out at the sight of the poster! Hahaha! Everyone was pretty much staring at me while taking this photo! =))

OTHER STUFF:
- Everyone has nice cars. Like really nice cars. You know how here in the Philippines we have cars that look like they’ve been used for almost 50 years? In Singapore the cars are all flashy. Haha!
- I can't seem to find the only photo took there but I love Orchard Road! It’s perfect for people with lots of money to shop! As for now, I can only look.
- The male population is definitely pleasing. *wink* My eyes feasted!
- And sadly no, we never had the chance to go to Sentosa. Maybe next time. Yes there will be a next time. Definitely. Not sure when but I’d like to visit Singapore again. Hopefully next time, I’d get to go with friends naman.
- Super mega rami ng mga Pinoys! Everywhere you go they're there! It's amazing! =))
- The cab drivers will help you load your luggages into the trunk but will never lift a finger to help you unload them. But they're nice....and they don't rip you off. =D
- Despite the A(H1N1) scare I had kaloadsa fun! I even forgot about it during the whole trip!
- Malaysia trip would probably be posted next week.
GOD BLESS!
