I love the whole look. The Roberto Cacalli gown, the hair, the Fred Leighton necklace, the make-up, the clutch.

Angelina Jolie.
Stunning isn't she? I love how simple and classic her Elie Saab gown looks and I love how hher earring brought a hint of colour .

Freida Pinto.
She looks absolutely beautiful. Very well done for an Oscar first timer! Her blue John Galliano gown compliments her skin tone well. Hair and make-up is perfect.

Miley Cyrus.
Even I'm surprised that Miley's in my best dressed list! I mean after what she wore last year I didn't there was hope left for this girl. I know a lot of people think that this Zuhair Murad Couture gown is atrocious and dies not suit her age but I don't think so. I love how the dress fits her perfectly. The petal-esque layers are gorgeous. Her hair looks great although I'm not really impressed with her make-up.

Evan Rachel Wood.
Uh. How do I explain this? I reckon that her cream-coloured Elie Saab gown looks great with skin tone. I don't know why but it just does! For me at least!
She's just stunning. I love her nails especially! She's definitely the best dressed! No doubt about it!

Others that deserve special mention: Alicia Keys, Penelope Cruz and Anne Hathaway!

DISS

Tilda Swinton.
Lanvin is one of my favourite designers but I just don't know about this.


Beyoncé Knowles.
A hideous House of Derreon gown and a boring ponytail.


Whoopie Goldberg.
WHOAH. This is all sorts of wrongness. And the animal print is not helping either.


Natalie Portman.
If her gown was a movie I'd probably fall asleep within 5 minutes. This is like one of the most boring gowns I've ever seen. Ever. I don't even care if it's Rodarte!


Sarah Jessica Parker.
I reckon that this Dior Haute Couture gown looks tacky. And look at her hair..and her breasts! Good lord!

Jessica Biel.
This dress by Prada look like it has some sort of a double tongue at the front. Really weird. Plus her hair looks...gross. Love her clutch though!


Viola Davis.
A lot of people like this Reem Acra on Viola. I reckon it looks terrible. The shiny gold material makes it look cheap. *shrugs*

Before anything else pala: Ate Nicole nagreply pala ako dun sa comment mo sa previous post ko. Hindi ko kasi ma-access site mo. =(

So as usual I haven't been in the mood to post anything. I'm still working on my La Sallian Festival 2009 entry. Which is not even half done yet although I promise to myself that I will get it done by Friday next week. Not that people would really bother reading that entry but still... I'm really excited about it. The Festival was fun of course, although last year's celebration was a bit more exciting...I'm not complaining coz it's still fun! Haha!

Anypoo, Uni has been stressing my wallet out. There are so many things we have to pay for! So many projects we have to spend on! It's ridiculous. It's like people have forgotten that there is currently a global financial crisis and everyone must save! At times like these every single cent matters! Tsktsk...Almost half of my allowance for this week went to those projects. I have none left for myself. =(

THURSDAY THUNKS!

1. What brand & flavor of toothpaste do you use?
-We've always used Colgate. What flavour? The normal one. Flavoured toothpaste are eewww.

2. What is your earliest memory?
-No idea.

3. Hot Dogs or Hamburgers?
-Well, this is a tough one. I can't do this. Too hard. I'm sorry! Haha! Uuuhhmmm...but if I really had to choose I'm gonna have to go with burgers. I mean come on..is it possible to live without Burger King and McDonald's?????

4. If you could bring any one famous person back to life, who would it be?
-Can I bring back two people? Heath Ledger. He's so young and talented and amazing and beautiful. And.... Princess Diana as well, like Heath she's young, talented, amazing and beautiful.

5. What is one thing we would always find in your fridge... what one thing would we never find?
-One thing you'd find in our fridge? Water and spoiled kalamansi. Haha! One thing you'd never find? Beer. You'd never find beer in our fridge. Never.

6. Did you have to go and look for the answer of #1?
-Nope.

7. Why don't watermelons grow on trees?
- Because... people could get seriously injured walking underneath watermelon trees! Have you seen how large those things can get???

8. What is something that you own that you should probably just throw in the trash, but you never will?
-My old moldy PE shirt from Peachgrove Intermediate. It's so old and it's starting to get these weird stains from being kept in the closet for waaaaay too long! I would never have the guts to throw it away though. It has such sentimental value. The memories it holds are very, very precious.

9. I push you into a room and lock the door. I leave you there for 6 hours. The walls are chalkboards and in the middle of the room there is a box of colored chalk. What will be written/drawn on the walls when I let you out?
- Most probably nothing. Id be asleep the whole time you locked me in.

10. When was the last time you changed the oil on your car?
- I don't have a car!

11. In your extended family, who has been married the longest?
-Grandparents.

12. Name one thing that is so normal to you now that someone who was your age 50 years ago would think was abnormal.
-Drinking underage I guess???? I have no idea.

13. Have you ever wanted someone or something so bad that it hurt?
-Yeah. Yeah. 2.55 and the Giant City in black. I once saw this lady carrying a Giant City when we went to Town Center (hers was brown though) and I secretly wept inside. ='(

14. What do you dip your french fries in?
-Nothing! I don't like dipping my french fries in anything!

15. What was the last picture that you took?
Uuuhh......Uh stolen photos of my blockmates using Eena's digicam.

Naz celebrated her nineteenth birthday (which was actually on the seventh) today. After our DBMS class we headed to the mall. There were like almost twenty of us or something and it was crazy in the jeep with the boys! Haha! We ate lunch at KFC and then spent the rest of the day at Quantum for some good ol' Quantum bonding time. =D

Haha! It's becoming a ritual to eat lunch at KFC on Naz's birthday. Remember last year? Haha!


After Quantum Rica and I stopped by at Waltermart and...alam na! I accidentally spent money on things I shouldn't be spending money on again! Can't effing help myself. It's like an addiction. Err. Yeah. Ai nakoh Rics...pag tayo magkasama....alam na. Gastusan galore na to! Haha!

After our LAN exam yesterday, I spent the day with Kiimchiix minus Tracy(She's still recovering from chicken pox! Poor Traks!). We didn't really have anything planned so we stayed at 7-11 for a bit and tried to think of a destination. Wala namang may makaisip kung saan pwede gumala so...napagdesisyunan namin na mag-abang ng jeep at kung anong unang dumating ,kahit ano pang nakalagay sa placard, doon kami sasakay. Ayun unang dumating eh Waltermart. So doon kami napadpad. Walked around for a bit then ate lunch at McD's. Went sight seeing and then went thrifting with Rica. Nako. I spent waaaaaaaaaay too much again! I wasn't even planning on going thrifting this week kaso it felt like the thrift stores were calling my name! Sigh. Oh well. I found really good stuff naman so I guess it's worth it. I'm even considering on going back this weekend. Haha! I never learn! I'm such a gastadora. Alexa Gastadora! (Alexa dapat para rhyme sa gastadaora!) Haha! Geez.


I think that the La Sallian Festival/ La Sallian Week's next week na. I'm not sure since I haven't seen banners around school and I haven't seen it at the school website either. But whatever, I'm still freaking psyched! La Sallian Week is like the the thing that I've been looking forward to the most this school year! I cannot freaking wait. It's. Gonna. Be. Awesome!
