Yesterday I went to Tagaytay with my sis and rellies. It was sort of a celebration for Papo's (He's my uncle, that's what we call him.) birthday and also to show Kuya Chuck around coz he's going back to Bacolod tomorrow.
Warning: Photo heavy!!! Click on the photos to zoom in.
Sis, cousins and Ate Cris. See the flying person behind us?
Us with the birthday boy! (In black!)Okay so when we got there I didn't really know that the zip line thingy was located in Picnic Grove so I was like whoah. Ever since they showed the zip line thing on TV I've been dying to try it out. I was actually planning on doing this for my 18th birthday but the plans changed so I was pretty disappointed and just told myself that I'd do it some other time. So when I saw it in flesh...gosh. It was like torture. I mean it was so near yet so far. I so wanted to try it but I wasn't financially prepared even though it was pretty cheap with PhP200 for a one way trip (300 for two-way). But...my sister suddeenly said "Ano yung tig-100?". I checked on the price and saw that a one way trip was for a hundred pesos during weekdays so I'm like "Today's what? Thursday. Is that a weekday? It is aye? It's a weekday. ". I was like...WHOAH. I can afford to lose a hundred pesos today so we double checked and saw that it was indeed a hundred pesos. And so...
Away we go!
IT WAS THE BEST FIFTEEN SECONDS OF MY LIFE! It was nerve wracking at first especially when you're waiting for your turn. But once you're there flying...you wouldn't want it to end! AWESOMEEEEEEEE. I mean you're 300 feet above the ground with only the harness to keep you safe. Geez. I felt like an eagle (Naks!)! Everyone who hasn't tried it should try it. You're missing half of your life! I'm definitely gonna do it again and the next time I'm going alone coz I'm brave and courageous just like that. It was just TOO AWESOME for words. I LOVE IT.
My uncle snapped this photo. This was after the zip line experience. We were on the other side of the mountain. Haha!
So after that we went to the horseback riding place coz the kids wanted to go and ride horses. Haha! I wasn't really interested on this. I tried horseback riding before in Baguio but that was like ages ago. I was probably six or seven and I couldn't remember it being fun so I thought it would be boring but...it wasn't. Well it was at first coz I was riding with my little cousin and I was asking the kid who was helping us if he can make the horse run fast and he said he can but only one person can ride the horse coz he's gonna have to be riding with you because he'll control the horse. So I waited until it was my turn again. And it was...awesome. Sorry can't think of any other word to describe it. I just had so much fun that I'm thinking of taking lessons. Ahaha! I think it's expensive though. Anyway, you know how in the movies the people make riding a horse make it look so damn easy? So definitely not. When the horse is running you kind of bounce (Just like in the movies) and it feels like you're gonna fall off any minute. And the stirrups kept bumping onto my feet so now I'm left with a bruise on my left feet. But it's worth it. I love the feeling when the horse runs. And the kid who assisted rode with me was really nice as well. He was very polite.

See that brown horse at the front and see my horse? We were having a race! But this random horse was on our way.
Okay see that pink circle I made. That's me! The horse was like fast and I'm like "Weeeee". The kid who assisted me was probably like "WTF!". Haha!
After riding I realized what I wanted on my 19th birthday. A horse. So if you're thinking of giving me a gift for my birthday (Which is eons away which means that you have all the time to save up for it!), I would like a race horse. Any colour would be all right but black would be cool. If you can give me a ranch to go along with the horse I wouldn't mind as well. And I'm dead serious here. I've even looked up how much they cost and I've started reading their Wikipedia page so yeah. And did you know that the most expensive horse that was sold was for $16,000,000. It was only a colt for crying out loud! Geez. I guess the only kind of horse that I can afford right now is...Red Horse! AHAHAHA! Gawd, I'm lame.
By the way if ever I do get a horse and (Yes I'm hoping.) I've already thought of a name...Ferrari or Porsche. Cute aye? If you have any name suggestions then feel free to comment.
So anyways, I guess that's it for now. Hopefully, more summer adventures for me.
Happy Birthday Papo!
PS
I CANNOT BELIEVE ANOOP GOT VOTED OFF. =(
AND SORRY IF I SOUNDED TOO ECSTATIC. THAT'S JUST BECAUSE...I AM ECSTATIC!
